Turning on and off:

Changing speed:
Press the power button to switch between the different power levels. The indicator light will show the selected speed.

To activate the highest power level, press and hold the operation button.

While charging: the indicator lights blink in sequence.

Fully charged: all three lights stay solidly lit.

Low battery: the level indicator blinks to let you know the device needs to be recharged.
